Tobias knows how to shape organizations. With experience in leadership roles at large corporates and fast-growing startups, he understands both worlds: Structure AND agility, as well as strategy AND execution.
He currently works with start-ups and scale-ups on leadership topics and knows how to build teams and HR capabilities that deliver real business impact.
His passion: Making leadership tangible. Effectively shaping complex team constellations. Staying pragmatic when things get complicated.
